Our comprehensive maintenance services include inspections, repairs, adjustments, replacements, and general upkeep of irrigation systems.

Ecostream Water Management utilises cutting-edge software to keep accurate and organized information about your irrigation system. Our software allows us to:

 

  • Maintain detailed records of your irrigation system components and configurations.
  • Track maintenance schedules and history for proactive maintenance planning.
  • Generate insightful reports to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide you with updates and notifications about maintenance activities.

 

Pricing Model

We offer transparent and competitive pricing for our maintenance services:

  • Callout Fee: Our callout fee for each maintenance visit is $286.00, which includes the first hour of work.
  • Hourly Rate: Additional hours of labour beyond the first hour covered by the callout fee will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $143.00, charged in 15-minute increments.
  • Materials: The cost of materials used during maintenance visits will be invoiced separately and is payable by the client. We ensure transparency by referencing prevailing retail prices from reputable online sources (will be disclosed in the service agreement)

 

Payment Terms

Payment for maintenance services, including the callout fee, hourly rate, and materials, is due upon completion of the work (COD). Invoices not paid on the day of service will incur a daily late payment fee until the outstanding amount is settled in full.

 

Scheduling

Maintenance visits will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between Ecostream Water Management and the client, subject to availability.
